We have established a reputation for providing valued expertise
on land use and development and commercial leasing. The Daniel
Group, Inc. developments in Danville include Piedmont Place,
Piedmont Crossing, River Run Executive Offices, and Riverview
Offices.
Our recent land sales in Danville,
VA have included large parcels for the development of the
southern area of Riverside Drive which now includes Danville
Stadium Theatre, Ruby Tuesday’s, Chick Fil-A, Aldi’s,
Sheetz and Cici’s Pizza. In addition, land was sold
for the development of the Danville Toyota Dealership and
Sam’s Club at the southern tip of Piedmont Drive. Also
on Piedmont Drive is the new Coleman Marketplace development,
a multi-acre parcel that was sold by the Daniel Group, Inc.
to North American Partners. North American is currently developing
a mixed use retail complex, including Old Navy, Home Depot,
Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Kohl’s, among
other retailers and restaurants. First State Bank, Lowe’s,
Applebee’s, Rockola, Hobby Lobby and PetSmart have also
purchased land from The Daniel Group along the Piedmont Drive
area.
